Cable is dead if...

Obviously Internet TV but I want more
I want a completely wireless media player and no not a home theater pc. I want a very small, light box like the Roku player and the Seagate FreeAgent Theater+™. But these devices overlap. I want them to merge. I don't want a hard drive for dvr use, I want live sports. Currently no box has Hulu, Netflix, Amazon On Demand, MLB Live and NFL Network all in one. Also, give me an over-the-air HDTV receiver built-in. Then I can mount an old-style antenna and get the local sports.

Box size
I almost get what I want from a Blue-ray or DVD player but they're like boats. I want a device sans the optical drive. Small, light. One that will fit on a mid-wall mounted projector in my case.

Power brick
I want the power brick to have an on/off switch and make this an industry standard in this "green" push.

Open Source
I want the backend software to be maintainable by the geeks who know how to quickly make updates.

Add the above to a projector
After working with a modern overhead projector that did 720p I am sold. It was an Optoma HD65 720p DLP Home Theater Projector. I used it with a FreeAgent Theater+ and it was so so so easy.

As you can see my solution is light-weight yet allowing a great view.
  All the best,
  Brian
